Our palette is warm, human and distinctive. Blurple is the anchor — everything else supports and lifts it.

04 — Positioning

Who we are

One sentence, one tagline, one platform. Every piece of content should flow from this foundation.

One platform, built exclusively for Allied Health professionals.

Community, CPD/CE, supervision, events and careers — all in one place.

Core Positioning
The Allied Health Hub is the infrastructure that didn't exist before. It removes the friction of offering and accessing CPD and supervision — purpose-built for Allied Health, not a generic platform with an Allied Health skin.
The Platform in One Line
TAHH is LinkedIn + Seek + Eventbrite + Kajabi — purpose-built and fully connected for Allied Health.
For Providers & Educators
Contribute value — events, courses, podcasts, supervision. The platform surfaces your work to the right Allied Health audience. The more you give, the more discoverable you become.
For Allied Health Professionals
One profile. Every part of your career. Find CPD, access supervision, track your hours, connect with peers and explore opportunities. Always free to join.
05 — Voice & Tone

Voice & tone

Warm and professional. Peer-level respect. We speak to Allied Health professionals as intelligent, experienced colleagues — never talking down, never over-explaining.

🎯
Direct
First person 'you' — conversational and personal. Open every piece of copy with a strong value statement. No preamble, no setup.
🌱
Aspirational
Always lead with possibility, opportunity and value. Never lead with pain or frustration. Our audience is growth-driven — honour that.
💡
Meaning First
Lead with a truth or aspiration the reader already holds, then introduce the feature as the means to that end. Meaning before mechanics, always.
🤝
Values-Driven
CPD is about genuine professional growth — never compliance ticking. Frame development as identity, aspiration and contribution to the profession.
✂️
Precise & Punchy
No fluff, no filler. Digital-first by default — short, scannable, punchy. Long-form is the exception, reserved only where depth is genuinely expected.
🔬
Confident
Authoritative without being chest-forward. We know this space. We built the infrastructure. Speak with quiet confidence, not performative enthusiasm.
✓ Do say
  • ✓Lead with what becomes possible — not what gets fixed
  • ✓Frame CPD as genuine professional growth and identity
  • ✓Write for supervisors as giving back to the industry
  • ✓Establish value first — land 'free to join' as a closer
  • ✓Use 'Allied Health professionals' as the default term
  • ✓Use 'optional automatic note taker' (not 'AI note taker')
  • ✓Use 'coming soon' for post-MVP features
✕ Never say
  • ✕'Stop doing X' or 'without the juggle' — no negative hooks
  • ✕'Hardest thing to access' — no pain-framing
  • ✕Frame CPD as compliance or box-ticking
  • ✕'Build your influence / personal brand' for supervisors
  • ✕'Practitioners' as a catch-all — too physio-specific
  • ✕'Booking' sessions — use 'creating a session and inviting'
  • ✕Reference 'AI' as a feature or selling point
Copy examples — right vs wrong
✕ Wrong "CPD events, courses and resources — all in one place, filterable by discipline, clinical interest, treatment type and format."
✓ Right "The Allied Health Hub is where Allied Health professionals come to find CPD that genuinely moves their practice forward."
✕ Wrong "The goal setter has two parts — because professional development is about more than just hitting your hours. First, set your annual CPD/CE hour requirement..."
✓ Right "Great professional development starts with knowing where you want to go. The Hub's goal setter gives you space to define both — your annual CPD/CE requirement and the professional areas you genuinely want to grow in."
06 — Brand Pillars

What we stand for

Six principles that underpin every content decision, design choice and brand expression. When in doubt, run it against these.

01
Lead with aspiration
Every section, post and piece of copy opens with a statement of value — not a description of a feature. Frame everything as opportunity, possibility and growth. Pain avoidance is off-brand.
02
Meaning before mechanics
The 'why' always precedes the 'how'. Lead with a truth the reader already holds, then introduce the feature as the means to that end. Instructional framing is off-brand.
03
Intrinsic motivation
Allied Health professionals are driven by genuine professional growth and contribution. Compliance is a byproduct — never the hook. Honour that distinction in every piece of copy.
04
Infrastructure, not aggregator
TAHH fills a market gap that didn't exist before. We are not a bundle of features. We are the missing infrastructure for Allied Health — purpose-built, not adapted from something generic.
05
Contribution over personal brand
When writing for supervisors, mentors or senior clinicians — frame their motivation as deepening impact and giving back to the profession, not building authority or personal brand.
06
Value before free
'Free to join' is an important closer — never a lead. Establish what The Hub makes possible first. Then land 'free' as the natural, pleasant conclusion. Leading with free cheapens the offer.
07 — Usage

Usage guidelines

For collaborators, ambassadors and freelancers creating content on or about The Allied Health Hub — the guardrails that keep the brand consistent.

✓ Always do
  • ✓Use approved logo files from the downloads section
  • ✓Use Blurple as the dominant brand colour
  • ✓Pair Quicksand with Plus Jakarta Sans as specified
  • ✓Lead copy with value and aspiration
  • ✓Reference CPD/CE (both, for global relevance)
  • ✓Refer to the platform as 'The Allied Health Hub' or 'The Hub' after first mention
  • ✓Use 'optional automatic note taker' where relevant
✕ Never do
  • ✕Recreate or screenshot the logo
  • ✕Use off-brand colours in brand contexts
  • ✕Mix Quicksand with unrelated typefaces
  • ✕Frame copy with pain, problem or compliance anxiety
  • ✕Reference AI as a feature or differentiator
  • ✕Use 'MVP' language publicly — use 'coming soon'
  • ✕Imply features or flows that aren't confirmed as built
→ Platform language
  • →'Allied Health professionals' — default audience term
  • →'The Hub' — shorthand after first reference
  • →'CPD/CE Tracker' — always both abbreviations
  • →Avoid 'practitioners' as a catch-all
  • →Avoid 'therapists' alone — excludes many disciplines
  • →Avoid 'booking' sessions — use 'creating a session'
  • →Avoid 'Agora' or third-party tool names publicly
🌏  Geographic note: TAHH launches Australia-first but is built for global expansion. Use CPD/CE (not just CPD) to reflect both Australian and international usage. Note that 'Physiotherapist' (Australia) = 'Physical Therapist' (USA) — be aware of terminology differences when creating content for broader markets.
