Meet Ambassador & Occupational Therapist – Kate Reeve

Kate Reeve

TAHH Ambassador & Occupational Therapist

Four years ago, Kate Reeve was running her OT practice from the boot of her car. Today, Upside Down Therapy is a thriving multidisciplinary clinic that’s quadrupled its team in a year, and Kate has co-founded SensoryU, an Australian sensory equipment company now fitting out clinics internationally. What hasn’t changed is what drives her: training and mentoring the next generation of OTs, delivering Sensory in Action workshops across Australia, and providing supervision that genuinely shapes careers. We’re proud to have her as part of The Allied Health Hub community.

Kate is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong focus on early intervention and developmental support in the early years and school transition phase. With over a decade of clinical experience across private practice and community-based settings—including homes, schools, and kindergartens—Kate brings a grounded, collaborative approach to her work with children and families.

She is passionate about helping children build the foundational skills they need for regulation, motor development, self-care, and learning. Kate’s practice is strengths-based, play-based, and firmly grounded in relationship-focused, individualised support. She works in close partnership with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure each child feels seen, safe, and supported.
