The Allied Health Hub is operated by NEWCASTLE CREATIVE CO. PTY LTD (ABN 65 003 124 114).

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to use of The Allied Health Hub website, platform, app, marketplace, community, content, listings, events, courses, supervision, advertising services and related services.

By accessing or using The Allied Health Hub, creating an account, purchasing an offering, listing an offering, posting content or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked from these Terms.

2. Other policies

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, User Generated Content and Community Standards, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Health Education and Training Disclaimer, AI and Automated Features Disclosure, Advertising Policy, Advertising Services Agreement and Affiliate Referral Terms and Disclosure where applicable.

If a specialist policy applies to a specific product or activity, that specialist policy applies in addition to these Terms.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity that occurs under your account.

We may refuse, suspend, restrict or terminate access where we reasonably consider that a user has breached these Terms, created risk for other users, misused the platform or acted inconsistently with the purpose of The Allied Health Hub.

4. Platform role

The Allied Health Hub provides professional infrastructure for Allied Health, including discovery, content, community, events, courses, supervision, jobs, provider visibility and related services.

Some offerings are provided by third-party providers, members, organisations, advertisers or contributors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, those parties are responsible for their own content, services, claims, listings and delivery obligations.

5. User responsibilities

Users must use the platform lawfully, honestly, professionally and respectfully.

  • provide accurate and current information;
  • comply with applicable laws, professional obligations and platform policies;
  • only submit content they have the right to use;
  • not mislead other users or The Allied Health Hub;
  • not misuse payments, messaging, content, listings, advertising or support processes.

6. Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for ensuring that their profiles, events, courses, supervision, jobs, services, advertising, claims, professional information, pricing and availability are accurate, lawful, current and not misleading.

Providers must not misrepresent qualifications, registration status, accreditation, CPD or CE eligibility, supervision status, professional memberships, experience, outcomes, availability or inclusions.

7. Payments, fees and transactions

The Allied Health Hub may charge platform fees, service fees, advertising fees, subscription fees, commission, booking fees or other charges as disclosed at the time of transaction or in the applicable product terms.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Processing fees, chargebacks, payout timing, failed payments and refunds may be subject to the rules of those providers and the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Content and intellectual property

Users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to the licence needed for The Allied Health Hub to operate, display, promote, moderate and improve the platform.

By submitting content, you grant The Allied Health Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, adapt and use that content for platform-related purposes.

The Allied Health Hub name, brand, design, platform, systems, templates, software, content and materials are owned by or licensed to Newcastle Creative Co Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

9. Community conduct and moderation

The Allied Health Hub may review, edit, remove, hide, restrict, suspend or reject content or accounts where we consider it necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce policies or preserve trust in the platform.

We may receive and review complaints about users, content, listings, events, courses, supervision, advertising, jobs, messages or other platform activity. We are not required to resolve every dispute between users but may intervene where appropriate.

10. Messaging and communications

Users must use chat, direct messages and private communication tools responsibly and professionally.

We may review, restrict, preserve or disclose communication records where we receive a report, identify misuse, need to investigate a safety or trust issue, are required by law, or consider review necessary to protect users or the platform.

11. Jobs and employment content

The Allied Health Hub is not an employment agency and does not guarantee employment outcomes, applicant suitability, candidate suitability, employer suitability or the availability of any role.

Employers, recruiters and organisations are responsible for ensuring employment-related content is accurate, lawful and not misleading.

12. Events, courses, supervision and professional offerings

Providers are responsible for delivering offerings as described and with reasonable care and skill.

The Allied Health Hub does not guarantee that content, events, courses, supervision, training or professional development will satisfy any regulator, employer, insurer, professional body or registration requirement unless expressly stated.

13. Automated tools and recordings

Users must not record, transcribe, summarise or process meetings, supervision sessions, events, courses, chats or other interactions using automated tools, note-takers, recording tools or third-party services unless they have all required consents and comply with applicable law, professional obligations and platform rules.

14. Third-party services

The platform may rely on third-party services including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication tools, advertising platforms and other technology providers.

We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their outages, restrictions, policy changes, processing delays, data changes, fees or decisions except where required by law.

By providing contact details or enabling platform notifications, you agree that The Allied Health Hub may send you service-related communications by email, SMS, in-app message or push notification. Marketing communications will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable consent/opt-out requirements.

15. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, discontinue, restrict or update any part of the platform at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or continuous availability of every feature.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Allied Health Hub is not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, third-party platform action, user content, provider conduct, employment outcomes, professional outcomes or failure of an offering to meet expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

17. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, users and providers indemnify The Allied Health Hub for losses, claims, costs, expenses or liabilities arising from their content, conduct, breach of platform terms, unlawful activity, misleading claims, professional non-compliance, privacy breach, intellectual property breach, advertising breach or failure to deliver an offering as described.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is published or otherwise made available, unless otherwise required by law.
